The Seller will take possession of the Buyer’s unit and operate a rental plan with 10% Rental Guarantee to the buyer, letting the unit for a period of 5 years from date of completion. The Buyer agrees to pay to the seller 300,000 THB on contract signing, in addition to the condominium unit purchase price, for the purchase of a full service furniture package to be provided by the Seller on completion and installed into the Buyer’s unit.

Seller will guarantee to the Buyer 5 Year 10% Rental Guarantee plan : From 1st January 2017 until 1st January 2022, the Seller will pay to the Buyer 10% of the total sum of the condominium unit purchase price and furniture package. The 5 Year 10% Rental Guarantee Scheme may be renewed under the same terms from 2nd January 2022 through to 2nd January 2027. Pre-Construction Cash Back Benefit plan : From 1st January 2015 until 31st December 2016, the Seller will pay to the Buyer 7% of the total sum of the condominium unit purchase price and deluxe furniture package, per annum, payable six-monthly.

Note: Cash Back Benefit plan applies only in the case if The Buyer has made the payment fully from the start in cash.
